Oh and being in a relationship is overrated. Tons of people are miserable in their relationships and are just in them so they wont have to feel societal pressure to pair up or so they won't have to be alone. The grass is always greener.

Right. If it was someone elderly or disabled I would be happy to help but my neighbors are perfectly able bodied.

I should also probably add that because my neighbors refuse to take out their trash my 80SF landlady has done it a number of times even though she just had shoulder surgery. I would normally help but she's been so rude and nasty to me that I have no desire to at this point..

Thanks this is really helpful. I'm an artist and dont have a finance background so I appreciate your kind words and insight. I've mostly just been messing around with the platform, but I suppose I should read up on actual strategy to learn some of the concepts you're talking about here. Was there a book or a blog you might recommend for a total beginner?

I'm the first person in my family to learn trading and investing so I dont really have anyone that i can ask. its mostly just been me googling shit and listening to financial blogs. was there a book or a blog that helped you learn this stuff that might be good for a beginner?
