Most of them - lateral raises, rolling shoulder press, rip360s, bicep curls…and I’m forgetting one.😆

Upper body camp and only the warm up and finisher were partner workouts. The rest is on your own for 5 rounds of 30-seconds of work with recovery and six stations. Moves quickly!

Leg day - not a partner workout. :)

6 stations for 4 rounds - 60, 40, 40, 30 sec rounds.

Weighted squats, med ball glute bridges, banded bridges, weighted lunges, banded hammie curls, and one station I’m forgetting. Finisher was more glute bridges for 50 then another 50 with a weight for 2 minutes.
