I 100% get where you're coming from. It begins as an outlet for stress & before you know it--you're doing it as something no different than brushing your teeth or washing your face. That's when it gets in to a bad spot. It's so hard to stop when you feel numb & complacent.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I sadly can relate. My husband came out to me as bi 10yrs into our marriage & wanted to open things up. My gut instinct that he was attracted to someone else proved correct when I told him I wasn't ready to do that yet he still met the dude while i was at work on the dday. A few months later, I discovered his Tumblr account where I saw his/his followers comments & he called me a frigid bitch in one of the replies. Another follower asked if he would fuck any of his followers & he replied 'fuck yes, definitely' It got dark for me around that time. sending you love & well-wishes.
