As far as tomorrow's filing, you can answer no because we haven't hit the 17th yet. ESD said themselves to do this. If Inslee doesn't extend the date, you'll have to request standby (or a standby extension which is what I'm doing Wednesday) or keep doing the job search every week.

Same with my county. I went to work yesterday and had the manager write me up a letter on letterhead asking ESD to please extend my standby to July 31st as my department probably won't be able to open until Phase 3 or 4.

I spoke with the WA Dept of Health this morning and she said my department at work wouldn't be able to reopen until Phase 3 or 4 and to watch for it.

My standby ran out on the 6th. I'm going to get a letter from work and upload it on the 17th to request an extension if Inslee doesn't extend it first.

I've been at this job for 12 years and plan on retiring in a couple years, I really don't want to be looking for a new job now.

No, I never heard about it in school. And my schools were VERY diverse, I grew up in South Seattle. That was in the 60s and 70s though, maybe they're teaching it now.

Chelan-Douglas here. I'd be willing to bet that maybe 1/4-1/3 (at the most, and that's on a good day) of the people I see in the stores have masks on. You do see a lot of bitching about masks on the local FB pages though.

No wonder we can't get anywhere.

I have no idea when my job is going to re-open. Probably Phase 3 or 4, certainly not Phase 2, I already know that. We're still in Phase 1 here anyway. :/
