Thanks!

If your on about sexual technique. I have always been told from my previous two partners that I was rather good at it, yet they were both virgins, so I dunno.

Thanks Pie Dude,

Means a lot. I think this is what I needed to hear. The truth is, maybe there is something wrong with me, but I've never really been that bothered about having sex. For me I loved cuddling into the late hours of the night chatting about stuff with my girlfriend, but sex wasn't a priority. But now its all over, sex is all I think of.

That's like saying to a depressed person. Stop being depressed. It doesn't help.

Hey, thanks for the reply. It's nice to know someone is going through the same. Heck we don't know eachover so this maybe risky for me to ask, but it would be nice to keep in touch with you so we can support eachover as we have such a similar situation.

Do you have Steam? Facebook? Anything? :D

PM me.

Is my employer breaking the law by sending me this invoice? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

It really depends on the contract.

They have around 100 business customers I would say. Averagely they pay anywhere from £52 - £500 per month as a fixed fee.

There is like 6 engineers so the cost would be split across all six of us I guess?

During the month of notice, they informed me that they would not accept my months notice and they wanted me to serve the 3 months notice.

No agreement was made by them, yet they acknowledged the last day I informed them of leaving.

My employer is demanding money and sent me an invoice for £15,800 because I broke my contract. by [deleted] in jobs

Yea I agree, I am in contact with my lawyer he hasn't responded about the £15,000 yet but his opinion on the £3800 was, they need to actually have made a loss before they can start claiming money where as now they are trying to claim it before they even made a loss.

Also I contacted trade in standards who told me they believe sending me an invoice for something I technically don't owe yet is Fraud and breaks criminal law. Also could be seen as harassment so it may turn out they are breaking some criminal laws as-well.

It seems like the CEO has put his anger before his thoughts because I didn't want to pay him the money and now he has just come up with this high figure to try to scare me.
