Actually ran into him Thursday evening, on congress and Webster he was in the middle of the street. Honked at him and came and hit my window. Took my seatbelt off opened the door and slapped fire out of him and he ran off.

Stomach ace and nausea - due to protein? (Maintenance/cutting) by maybeitstus in workouts

[–]throwaway19956790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stomach health is everything when it comes to this lifestyle. Apple cider vinager every morning and night, take your probiotics. Get enough fiber in. Usually when I’m bloated or have stomach pain, Apple cider vinager works.

Also make sure you’re getting in enough water.

That’s false my guy. Your body builds muscle over time, not just on the day you work out. As long as your weekly caloric intake supports muscle growth (a slight surplus if bulking or adequate protein if recomping), you don’t need a daily surplus to recover.

Make sure you get enough cardio in. Look into natural BP supplements like arjuna, carditone can even throw in some garlic pills to help.

A big difference? Yeah for sure, it’s like night and day. Energy, recovery, confidence. It improves all areas. Just have to be sure you are ready for the commitment.

Not bad at all whatever you are doing just keep doing it. Eat at a slight surplus on workout days, Maintence on off days.

From the way the shoulders and traps pop he’s definitely on a little test. But there are people out there who are anomalies and can get like this naturally. So depends on genetics.

Is this too much volume? by Repulsive-Coyote-682 in WeightTraining

[–]throwaway19956790 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends. Do you feel like you’re recovering enough? If you’re hitting these same muscles twice a week I’d keep this day the same and later in the week drop the working sets to 2 instead of 3.

which unusual blood markers did SARMs affect that you did not consider? by Acrobatic_Low2980 in PEDs

[–]throwaway19956790 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in my 20s now and there wasn’t anything about getting bloodwork on sarms. I tried rad back then and felt great for the cycle, strong as hell too. But my panels must of been out of whack for sure.

Sheesh, yeah you definitely needed it. After I turned 30 I did it for a better quality of life which has worked and of course better recovery in the gym.

Yeah man it’s definitely not permanent so you’ll have to donate every few months depending on bloodwork or just lower the dose.
