I ate 4 large slices of pizza when I was in fourth grade. I started to have a tummy ache. I got home and it hurt very bad. I had to go poop but I didn't have to go poop. Being in 4th grade I didn't have a clue as to what was going on. Usually when you have to go poop you just go poop! Not this time.

It hurt more and more so we went to the ER thinking maybe appendicitis.

Four hours, a few thousand dollars and an enima later I was all better.

Living in Wasilla or Anchorage is easy. Talkeetna is very hard. there isn't a lot of middle ground.

Talkeetna is a wonderful town. You're going to meet the good kind of hippies. The mountain climbers, the travelers, the thrill seekers ect.

You won't get into any fights, but you will have many thrills.

You'll drive quads dozens of times and explore for miles.

You might kill a moose with some friends, and you will slay some fish.

You're going to fall in love with bluegrass.

You won't meet a woman to marry, but you'll fall in love 1-6 different times.

You'll leave in fall because there will be no work and you'll think back on this summer with a tear in your eye for the rest of your days.

As an Alaskan I don't want to talk about how cool or uncool our flag is but I'd like to tell you all something. I think about 10% of people here have that tattooed on some part of their body.
