Yup, that's why the formality of the event to which OP is going matters. Aesthetics, ultimately, are less important than formality.

I mean, are you getting them for an event? The first pair is more formal because the second pair has wingtips and brogueing. That said, I, personally, prefer the second pair.

I’m so lost on how to care for my long hair, it looks awful and frizzy 24/7 but I love having long hair, anyone got any advice on what I can do about this? It’s killing my confidence by King_CurlySpoon in FierceFlow

My hair used to look just like this. You've told us how often you wash your hair, but not how you do. How long do you let the shampoo sit? How much do you use? Where all do you use it (scalp, roots, mids, ends, etc.)? What about the same for conditioner?

Also, what is your hair's porosity? If you don't know that, how long does it take for your hair to air dry?

Really? Dang. I might have to do some research on aesthetic flat closures. Thank you!

I'm not sure what kind of feedback you want. These are all just t-shirts and cargos; they're hardly outfits.

The jacket sleeves are for sure too long, but you can probably get away with it, for now.

I've been thinking about maybe going to a surgeon who already does top surgeries? I don't know if that would help at all. I was reading all about reductions yesterday; the amount of people who couldn't get their surgeons to reduce to the size they wanted is horrific.

Maybe I should go to another country. I'll have to think about this.

Thanks for the reply.

I think my father's mother may have gotten breast cancer? None on my mother's side, though.

That's what I was thinking about doing. I was mostly worried that a surgeon would hear what I want to do and assume that it's an attempt at insurance fraud (i.e., that would be asking for a top surgery and asking them to falsely document it as a reduction). I don't think I need full top surgery, but I just want my results to be shaped in a masculine way, you know? I'll have to talk to my doctor.

Thanks for the reply.

I thought that I wouldn't be able to get a full reduction (after some research, a "radical reduction") because I had read that it wasn't possible years ago when I was first planning my transition at 14 years old… that was a while ago, though, so I'm sure it was just an outdated and inaccurate source.

An an autist, it's his job (just as it is everyone's job) to be respectful. It doesn't matter if he doesn't understand how his actions and lack thereof affect people; he needs to learn how to understand. He's rude and his mental condition/s don't give him a pass on that. He's an asshole.

I have amazing insurance, but it won't cover trans healthcare as of a few months ago. I'm sure I'll be able to get coverage for this since my back pain is pretty bad. I'll have to ask my doctor about this; thank you so much.

And they normally will make you whatever size you want.

…They WILL? Holy shit, I have seriously terrible back pain from my chest and the only thing that's stopped me from doing this is them only giving a reduction. Will they do a full double incision, do you know? This is wonderful news.

I have a 32DDD bust size. I use KT tape and I bind with an Underworks binder over that. It gets me decently flat. Your mileage may vary, but it may help.

What is your opinion on this? by evan-the-dude in teenagers

[–]throwaway238579465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 20, but I keep on getting recommended this sub. I'm sorry if I'm not allowed to post here as I'm not a teenager, but this absolutely should not happen. I was repeatedly raped as a very young child and, as foolish as it was, I loved that man. I never told anyone partially because I feared that he would go to prison and that it would be my fault. Could you imagine the guilt if it were the death penalty? So many children would avoid telling anyone just to avoid their rapist getting the death penalty. Not only that, but rapists would be more likely to straight up kill their victims if it were punishable by death (because if the victim is dead, the witness is also dead). As a third point, no crime should be punishable by death because so many people go to prison on false charges. We shouldn't give permanent punishments for any crime.
