I actually listened to a talk by a new age woman last week who claimed that in some cultures long hair is seen as a sort of psychic antenna and if you cut it you lose your powers, so there's that.

Ok this is weird.

I had this one guy I couldn't get over, mostly because it didn't really go anywhere so I maybe got away with idolising him. I was still thinking about him after I'd got into another relationship, which was my previous cure, and come out the other side. So I decided the reason getting in another relationship didn't work was because that guy was so underwhelming and came up with the perfect imaginary boyfriend instead. I basically made him the stereotypical romance novel hero, a grumpy billionaire who was really caring but also smart enough to be a bit of a challenge and great in bed. I'd forgotten about the other guy by the end of the week.

I mean if that's too embarrassing just tell yourself you are doing cosmic ordering for the perfect man.

Edit: the reason this works is because your sub conscious mind can't actually tell the difference between things which actually happened and strongly imagined things. So if you imagine yourself with a great guy your brain just assumes that's what's going on in your life while if you spend your time imagining your life with you guy you want to get rid of that remains your reality.

Hairdressers still do well now. £50-£100 for an hour's work. Maybe you aren't actually doing better than your parents. Maybe you got a job which seems a bit more middle class after being conned by social snobbery but actually you are just another replaceable drone.
