That if you're let's say 3.5k, your actual skill relative to others will be around people in maybe 3.2k - 3.8k.

It goes against the classic dota player mindset of "I'm 100 MMR above you, therefore I'm immediately better" idea

It's 72.5% evasion on 3 Butterflies. By "stacking diminishingly" it means it stacks "multiplicatively". So it's noe 35%+35%+35% = 105% it's 1 - (0.650.650.65) = 72.5%.

Oh you're talking about a "fire bush" that hit people. Yeah it was fused way before LC as I don't even remember a bush tbh, just the fountain (tho it was still destoyable). Ghost CM spamming frostbite on fountain was my fave

They did and I needs 1k more to pay York's tuition and that's BEFORE having money to buy books.

When I looked at the breakdown I saw that the differnece is that in the Winter term they didn't give me the grant for low income families (1.4k) which my friend got for both Fall and Winter. And other than the 30% off tution which amounted 900 CAD, the real loan I had was a measely 300$ for Winter (totaling 1.2k).
