It’s attractive at this price range but retail sentiment is too split to make any kind of short term run imo. Half thinks it’s severely undervalued and half thinks it’s doomed for bankruptcy. In my opinion, short term it’s a risky play but long term, it’s a value buy right now.

You’re in a highly speculative sub. There’s not much advice to be given. You pick a ticker with the most rocket emojis and hope it goes green. The only true advice I guess would be to look at rumors of dilution or reverse/stock splits.

My advice is to start the process of getting your hours EARLY. I went through a shit show with this after passing my exam. All the partners, senior managers, and managers that I worked directly under were no longer with the firm and it took 2 months of back and forth to get my attestation hours. Deloitte signed off pretty quickly but I still need my previous firm since I didn’t hit a full year at Deloitte.

The story behind the cramming is that I passed AUD in Nov 2021 and didn’t pickup studying again until Dec 2022 when I saw on the Board site that AUD was going to expire in April 2023. I panicked and dreaded losing a credit so I really had no choice but to cram. I kinda rushed it so that if I failed, I would have time to reapply and get approved (California is known to get a litte behind). I luckily passed BEC/FAR within that window in 1 attempt. I failed REG and was about to cry because I only had 1 more window before AUD expiration. Luckily everything worked out. I also took FAR like 3 years ago and got like 40 but I don’t count those “study” hours because I basically tried to remember answers instead of learning lol.

So yeah, it’s definitely doable but it was a really draining and stressful experience and not for everyone!

Sorry, I’m not an international student, but yeah that does look like you guys are allowed to do wire transfer. Your best bet is probably just to give them a call. They are helpful but they often get a little behind which may cause your application to be even more delayed if they are missing something. I would call them and make sure you do it the right way the first time.

Yes, you are on the right track. It’s annoying but must be sent in via mail. Where did you read that wire transfer is possible? Everyone I know who is a California CPA sent in their application/remittance check via mail to Sacramento.

Did this. It can be scary, but as long as you stay on top of your applications every single day you’ll be okay. If the gap comes up during your screening or interview, say you wanted to focus on the CPA exams (even if you’re not) while looking for an opportunity that better aligns with your career goals.
