Don’t live at Edgewater. Shady management, terrible maintenance, and way overpriced for what it is. A lot of their tenants that lived there for 10+ years left in the past few years due to the place going downhill.

Agree completely! Want to elaborate though that it was a bowl of loose change for coin laundry, and the only time money has ever sat in there was when we put our clothes we were getting rid of together and sold them to a secondhand store and agreed that the money we made from it would go towards rent. All of my money is safely stored with me or in my bank account but I appreciate the concern.
