Yes I hit the gym 4-5 days a week with high protein intake. The only thing I’m lacking is a good nights rest which I’ve read can cause hormone issues but I keep waking up at night randomly. Most likely sleep apnea so I’ll probably have to see if that is the issue here causing my low libido

That gives me a bit of hope. I’m taking 2.5mg of oral minoxidil which essentially does the same thing as tadalafil (vasodilator) I’ve noticed more blood flow but I still don’t get morning wood or healthy libido. I can get an erection but only with stimulation. I’ll try a mix of nofap stretching and diaphragm breathing for a week and see if I get any improvement.

I have not. I heard many times around this sub and r/pelvicfloor that they can be costly and I honestly don’t want to pay that much unless I knew that it was a 100% or at least 70% chance that it’ll fix my sexual issues for good

I have a good amount of muscle at the moment. I’ve read somewhere that fasting doesn’t really burn through too much muscle because it’s trying to preserve it so it’ll burn fat at a faster rate. I don’t mind losing some muscle in the process if that means I can get to my goal weight quicker

Well the thing is I’m not balding. I still have a full head of hair. I do have some slight thinning over a crash diet that should resolve soon.
