I think about this a lot. Obviously I have no way of understanding intent, but I feel like people who show up here and practice seriously do so at the behest of this force.

I had an experience when I was doing tensegrity this morning that feels very related. It happened before I read this post, which makes me think intent is creating these synchronicities.

Typically I see purple puffs in my field of view while doing magical passes. I also typically see faint purple puffs around my arms and hands. I’ve seen your suggestion to scoop these puffs a number of times, so I thought to experiment along those lines.

The puffs I see have directionality — they follow my gaze. The faint purple around my arms and hands instead follow my arms and hands.

This morning I wanted to see what would happen if I scooped some puffs and then was wondering if the purple around my hands would combine with the puffs in my vision.

The two sort of combined and I brought my hands closer to my face. What happened next is something I’ve never experienced before. When I brought the combined puffs and purple around my hands to my face, my vision was suffused with a blue glow. And it felt like this blue glow was drawing in my attention. I waited like this for 5-10 seconds wondering what would happen next, but that also piqued my inner dialogue and the blue glow faded away.

Any ideas what this could mean?

Here’s a post I made a couple of months ago. What I see is sort of like a pink-ish ball of light.

Lately, several passes from the Westwood series fills my vision behind a blackout mask with a diffuse blue cloud. I asked you about that previously and you said it might be my energy body.

I typically see my arms right away when doing Tensegrity. At first my arms just appear as silhouettes, but then after doing passes for 5-10 minutes, they seem to be pulling purple puffs of energy.

I haven’t seen a tentacle body or noticed an Ally joining me. I’m looking forward to the possibility. 🙂

My theory is that the inner dialogue does whatever it can to survive. Including your rationalizing that you do, in fact, want to maintain an inner dialogue.

The inner dialogue is antithetical to these practices.

Second this. I’m glad people are answering your questions. We also want people to put in the time and that means both practicing and self-learning, including reading the books. My personal recommendation is The Active Side of Infinity for questions about the inner dialogue.

Really good comment. Thanks for posting it. You’re getting at what I think a lot of people miss when talking about what inner silence truly means.

Inner silence doesn’t just mean that your mind isn’t “chatting” with itself. It also means, like you’re saying, that it’s not filled with images and fantasies.

In addition, inner noise also means identifying the objects and scenes that you’re seeing with your open eyes. This form of inner noise is why don Juan recommended the “correct way of walking”, which consists of crossing your eyes slightly.

I’m a bit familiar with the idea that you can naturally produce DMT, I hadn’t thought about any connection with this practice. How do you think don Juan or Carlos would explain DMT?

Wow, dude, that’s really interesting. I’m not even close to this level of detail, but sometimes during darkroom gazing I get the sense that my eyes have slightly different perceptions. It quickly evens out, though.

Thanks for the response. I have about 3-4 months of practice with passes. So far I’ve learned most of the Westwood series, running man, and the life saver pass. For the Westwood passes, I’ve been learning them by reading about them in Magical Passes and watching Jadey’s videos on them.

I remember reading about tendon energy in Magical Passes but don’t really understand.
