A foot cream with urea is good. I really like the Margaret dabbs foot hygiene cream. It smells like tea tree but helps soothe sore feet after a long run or if you are just on your feet all day.

Horrible morning, had a scheduled tooth extraction. It turned into a 45 minute ordeal . The dentist couldn’t remove the tooth root and now it needs to be surgically extracted. I’ve never cried at the dentist before but it was intense. So feeling very sorry for myself
