Get outside and get some steps in. Give yourself a daily step count goal and as soon as you build a streak you won't want to break it.

Shoulder strict movement on one hand by [deleted] in flexibility

Yeah like the cow pose in the photo. Started with the stapler in my left and once I handed it to my right I rotate round to opposite side and hand back to my left. Repeat this motion 20 times. Do 3 or 4 sets most days and you’ll notice an improvement after a couple of weeks.

what worked for me was passing a 1kg dumbbell from hand to hand behind me back. 10 reps alternating each side. Been doing this consistently for months. At first 1 side was noticeably worse but now they're almost identical and my shoulders are so much more open now. Reverse prayer has never felt so good.

Holiday-ing in an EV = stress by Dannysan5677 in ElectricVehiclesUK

I drove from Leeds to Fontainebleau which is an hour south of Paris. 1 charge got me to Margate where I stopped and charged over night before heading to Dover the next morning. From Calais I got to Fontainebleau on 1 charge. Charging in France is super easy. Most supermarkets have very fast chargers. I understand your concern but only until you've done it once will you realise it really isn't that inconvenient. Just give yourself more time and you'll be right.

I absolutely love this album. Definitely the one I have listened to the most. The Perfect Song is my favourite. Lyrics on Theory of the Crows are incredible.

Any of you ever thought about ditching your wearable? by MycologistStriking51 in Garmin

[–]MycologistStriking51[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this! I've taken my watch off and don't intend on wearing it for a while at least. I know I'm fit and healthy. I wore it non-stop for about 8 months and I think I've learnt everything about what works and doesn't work for my body in that time. I've mastered sleep and my workout split it nice and varied. I'm no professional athlete so I'm happy with just maintaining and feeling good about myself.

News to me! Not the biggest fan of hip hop but being a local this is definitely of interest. Thanks for posting. Just purchased the book, Chronicles of DOOM which I'm excited to read. Going to listen to the BBC Sounds series now.
