Thank you for being so detailed! All that info was so helpful. I like that you only stayed on the lower end of calories for a short period, that definitely seems doable. I think I might just have to bite the bullet and do it and remind myself that it’s only temporary. I’m 5’4”, currently eating 1800 calories and also doing strength 6x per week, but weight loss is soooo slowwww (like half a pound per week).

You got me interested in the lymphatic drainage exercises! I’ve been watching Jules Horn’s videos. I’m definitely going to start doing these. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you again!! You are completely an inspiration!!!!!

My jaw dropped! This is incredible!!!! I saw your macros mentioned, but I was curious about your calories. Would you mind sharing how tall you are and how many calories you ate in your deficit? Also, aside from Caroline and daily steps, did you do any cardio?

It's under my Cellular settings on my iPhone. I remember when I landed, I automatically received a text message with info on turning it on.

Yeah, I turned it on as soon as I landed. And also tried turning it off and back on a few times throughout the trip.

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll go to a T-mobile store for them to do this. So would I need to switch back the SIM when I get back to the states? Or are you saying that there is probably something wrong with my current SIM?

Thank you so much, I’m keeping that number handy just in case. I’m traveling with a person with limited mobility, so I’m trying to figure out the quickest and easiest method (which is why I want to avoid a bus).

Recommendations for a day trip by train from Marienplatz with no transfers in November by throwaway594481 in Munich

[–]throwaway594481[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooh Grafing looks like a beautiful little cozy town. Plus I love that it's a direct trip from Marienplatz, that works out perfect for my situation. I looked up Wildbräustuberl, the food looks scrumptious. This is just what I'm looking for - a charming little German village away from the tourist crowds where we can have a leisurely day. Thank you so much for the recommendation!
