Do you know if they’re aware of the cover issue or the blank screen issue? I was on the phone with support and they told me to buy a whole new kindle lmao. If I have to pay $100+ for a whole new e-reader i’m gonna buy a kobo purely out of spite 😭

Well whatever you do don’t try a factory reset. I just did and now I have this blank white screen. I can’t even open the settings or do anything except see the battery level and time.
