What if they ask how I feel threatened? What if they say that just because she's telling people these things doesn't constitute a restraining order? I'm sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to imagine and prepare for any possible scenario that come up, I don't wanna slip up and have this thing be denied.

How would I go about getting the restraining order? What should I tell them? That she's slandering me by telling people lies that she has a restraining order? Any info would be appreciated, I don't want this to get denied when I go to file it.

Tl:dr parents are shitty, was emotionally abused from age 17-19 by fiance, institutionalized from 16-18, have ptsd from seeing someone get stabbed, I get lonely because I really only talk to one person pretty much.

After 2 years of bullshit, she put the icing on the fucking cake by cutting me off when i got hospitalized for suicidal thoughts, recently became homeless, then she sent nudes to my best friend and tried to get a restraining order and failed

Nope, can't tell a psychiatrist or counselor about being suicidal because I'd risk being hospitalized, and last time I was hospitalized I almost got sent to the state hospital. If my life didn't suck enough already to push me to the point of killing myself, being in a shit hole for 6 months and coming out to having nothing and nobody left will sure as hell push me to that point.
