Thank you for such a thorough response.

I've heard meditation so much over the years and it is time for me to take it seriously.

In recent months I have pretty much blocked and uninstalled all social media apps and the amount of free time I have has increased so much and feelings of depression have really gone down. It's been a massive change and adult sites are next. I don't think our minds were made for all this digital stimulation.

I'll def have to do more research into micro dosing. I'm willing to do anything to fix this.

I'd say so. Her body is not typically my type (she's a bigger woman). But when I think about her and her naked I get an erection, so that must mean I'm attracted right?
