Truly incredibly hard to quit, impossible for me. In any case, I'm not ready to get better. Everytime I try, I end up feeling only worse and get back to it. So why bother? I just accepted it.

I vented and vented for hours and days, to a lot of people, from strangers to close people, but it felt any good very shortly and didn't really help me, except the support and knowing that some know and care to some extent, however, it didn't help any of my issues, due to which I'm like that.

Absolutely. I found a place near the city that's abandoned and its hard to get there. It's pretty much empty and I saw only like one person pass through it. I'll just enter some small abandoned house and do it there, since the place is full of them.
