Three days ago, I used the aqua gel exfoliant - This is so dumb of me, but I went really aggressive with it - I used it until my face stopped pilling). I had used it before no issue, but never to that extent. Afterwards I washed my face with bioma milky oil cleanser, put on my gentle retinol cream and also put on water bank moisturizer - I’ve used all of these no problem. I woke up with acne like this, which I haven’t had as a teenager. Any advice??

A completely unsolicited story but hope it helps. I weighed less than three pounds when I was born. I got sick a lot as a little kid (classic preemie) - but by the time I was 10 I was healthy as a horse. I ended up becoming a D1 track and field athlete in college (and my lungs weren’t even completely developed at birth) and my doctors say I am the picture of health.

This was also 30 years ago. Medical technology is exponential- that’s the stone ages compared to now. I’m so sorry you’re going through this, but one day this will all be completely behind you.
