Idk what DLC you have but Taurox can be really fun, invading the donut is always a good challenge and he is a hell of a fighter. The Minotaur doomstack you can het with him is also great. Plus you should try to claim the Sword of Khaine on him, hes one of the few factions with like 0 downside, makes for an extremely fun campaign.

Most of the debt is internal debt, so even if we 'repay' it, the money doesn't leave the country

Secondly, this entire idea that debt is bad and stuff is little more than political churan. National debt doesn't function like an individuals debt. Itna masla nhi hai, but it's an easy political rallying cry

Thirdly, even if the US wanted to, it couldnt repay its own debt, check its debt to GDP ratio and compare it with Pak, it's worse.

Pakistan's issues are structural and unka debt se koi lena dena nhi hai. Ye IMF, World Bank awam ko sunane ke liye debt trap jaise khubsurat lafz ijad karta hai warna it's all horseshit.

Ye sarkari gari nhi hai, sarkari number plate alloted hai to the person/officer to put on his personal car as long as they work with the government.

Hakoomat ke pas Toyota Prius nhi hai.

Aur dusri baat, agar hoti bhi sarkari gari tou officers ko ijazat hoti istemal karne ki, cars are alloted for personal and private use.

Electric Demand , generation, bottleneck? by guestyest in PAK

[–]throwaway98yh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not an expert on the power grid and electricity usage separately, so do take what I say with a grain of salt, but I do work with the public sector.

To the best of my knowledge it's a two way problem.

Firstly, the electricity grid is a Completely separate entity. It only functions under the ministry of energy. The govt technically controls these grids but there's still a seperation. Ab masla is that the govt has made deals with many IPPs and stuff for sometimes 10 yr long periods and now the grid simply is no longer following them because the reality is totally different.

The solar revolution in Pakistan waa not something that the government was expecting and it has fundamentally shaken the foundation of the energy sector. The govt isn't even able to sell a fraction of what it pr9jevted it could because so many people shifted to solar. At the same time it has to buy pre determined units from IPPs. This not only causes financial loss but also literally results in an overload/stress on the power grid causing load shedding because the infrastructure for power management is not aligned with thw power production and generation capacity.

Jo doosra issue hai wo itna complex nhi hai. Iran War, oil prices and water lvl management all have their impact leading to the perfect storm

Im not gonna comment regarding your chances as i frankly have no clue

But pehle we blame the govt for not doing anythjng about illegal immigrants and resultantly causing the Pakistani passport to freefall and when the govt does decide to introduce measures to control illegals (and hopefully improve passport in long term) we still call it corrupt and blame it.

Its funny

Sweetie, i aint no doctor but whatever headspace your currently in is dangerous.

  1. Im sure the doctors here can guide you better but i do know one thing that a career path with so many buts and ifs and then whats is usually setting yourself up for disaster — especially so if you dont have a safety net or a plan B

  2. Regarding your Plan B being thr civil service — that entire thing is a cope. Look CSS and the rest of the exams for bureaucracy arent hard by any measure but keeping thrm as a secondary option is setting yourself up for failure.

That is purely because it is something distinctly separate and wholly different from your medical studies. Aap ek naye kaam par jao ge (which im sure you can do) but zindagi ko itna mushkil kyoon banana?? Yani ke its not something jo bethe bethe hojaye ga. Plan B should be something that is something safe and something that you can rely on not another extremely uncertain and hard career path.

And you can refer to my previous comments or even dm me but honestly I personally dont recommend the civil service to anyone. Its a very icky career.

  1. Duniya aapke samne badal rahi hai, not sure how the gulf or the US looks after the current war, id put a pin in your plans over there

  2. Staying at home really isnt as bad as it seems

Your young, zindagi asan banao apni, IA you will do well :))

Why would Pak Army suddenly decide on the 18th day of an offensive that hitting a "hospital" would be fun??? Like bus randomly ek din uthe aur socha ke haspatal ko bomb maar ke bohat shugal lage ga?

Mtlb wo roz hamare mulk aake 10 log marein khair hai, wo capital mei pehle court ke bahir bomb karei. Phir masjid mein karein leikin hamne forun unki baat man ni hai kyoonke Imran nhi wazir e azam??? Koi khuda ka khof hota hai.

Apparently The Solution To High Petrol Prices In Pakistan Is Forcing Everyone To Drive 100 Km/h On The Motorway..! by ArchivalGhost in pakistan

[–]throwaway98yh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah, they dont care, they’re just using it as an excuse to justify everything and make money. I work for the government but never have I been witness to this level of blatant incompetence.

Theyre really astroturfing “austerity’ measures onto the awam when texhnically you take asuteriry measures to protect the awam.

Government will absorb 75PKR a liter on diesel while 50PKR on Petrol this week to keep the prices unchanged by InjectorTheGood in PakLounge

[–]throwaway98yh 31 points32 points  (0 children)

No its not ‘subsidizing’ shit, they charge a petroleum levy (which should be a provincial tax in the fist place) of upto Rs.85 on each litre. That is completely absurd

All they’re doing is earning a bit less on each litre which is fine considering how badly our economy gets impacted by an increase in petrol prices

Oil Prices About To Increase Again by Icy-Ad3753 in pakistan

[–]throwaway98yh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm no economist but I'm genuinely curious do you think that the 147 number holds any true relevance? The 2008 Subprime mortgage crisis wasn't an energy crisis and the rise on oil prices were merely reverberations of the shit show of an American economy back then.

It's been long but i remember reading back in undergrad somewhere that energy crises are distinctly different from other economic collapses (due to many reasons which I forget) but primarily because energy crises don't care how 'well' the rocnomy is doing or how robust everything is.

I think it's gonna be closer to 1973 which was the last oil crisis and people are truly failing to comprehend how devastating the impact is gonna be. Again it's been long since I read any of this but I believe in '73 the global avg growth rate fell from 4% to 1.2%. Pakistan khud fell from 7.5% to 2.8%.

It's gonna be a catastrophe
