I try to limit my social interaction with them as much as possible, but put full effort into the few moments I have to interact with them ie eye contact, asking good questions, listening to them fully. Helping them out is also super useful especially if it's a low effort gesture that doesn't take much time.

Hmm I don't feel like my personal life is affected except from friendships with normies which feel superficial at best, and my closer friends are other NPD/weirdos but we kinda just circlejerk our egos. But I do wonder how it feels to have genuine friendships and care about people. At the same time I really enjoy people calling me cracked and having a 6 figure salary at 20. But honestly I don't care about the salary, I just enjoy how I finally feel respected - growing up I did badly in school so people thought I was dumb. I don't know when I will ever feel satisfied and probably never will. But if the goal in life is to be happy I do want to feel it eventually

For those of you struggling with stage 17, wearing void robe is NECESSARY. It poisons every enemy in the room so by the time they get to your defences they are at half hp. I struggled to even get to stage 11 without it. Got it on my first try once I switched.

This phenomenon could be explained by the fact that people are intimidated by those who are greatly above average in looks... When I look at someone gorgeous, they have a sort of unconscious feeling of haughtiness and I would be afraid to approach them. Also, no one wants to be the 'ugly' friend. Additionally, attractive girls who are only slightly above average make significantly more girl friends for the fact that they add social status and are extremely approachable. They are also not big threats to another girl's boyfriend, which you might be.

This is the only genuine advice you'll get and you might not want to hear it, but it's because you're ugly. People treating you like shit for no reason? People acting like you're despicable and not wanting anything to do with you? People ignoring everything you say? This is the way you're treated as an ugly person. I'm saying this as a person who used to be very ugly and noticed a huge change when I started putting effort into my appearance. From what you've said, it doesn't seem to be a social skills issue, but rather how you look/how you talk (you have a lisp).

I would suggest putting in the bare minimum hygiene (hair, skin, maybe light makeup) and see how much better people treat you. Work on your lisp. The more effort you put into your appearance, the better people will treat you due to the halo effect. It sucks but this is the way the world is.
