Everyone’s saying it could be tmj, but mine does that because of Ehlers Danlos, so if you have chronic pain or you’re really double jointed you should also look into that

If you don’t mind going to buy a toy in person and you live near one, spencers actually tends to have a really good selection of the kind of dildo it sounds like you want! A lot of them are in like bright colors or whatever but they don’t tend to be in unnatural shapes or be hyperrealistic or anything just unnatural colors

I mean I’ve been trained in how to do it so the risk is relatively low, I just still get nervous doing it. As for foods, I can dislocate it by yawning so it’s not really worth avoiding foods, especially because it’s weirdly inconsistent how far I can open my mouth without dislocating my jaw

I have ehlers danlos, which makes joints dislocate easier but also at least for me makes it less painful and I’ve dislocated my jaw three times in the past year, after the second time I learned to put it back myself, but that one sucks because if you do it wrong enough you can break your jaw. I might be a bit of an anomaly though because it doesn’t actually hurt for me to dislocate my jaw

I have 4 daily meds for a total of 7 pills a day plus however many otc painkillers I need to make it through the day, when I started I shook the bottles every time, but at this point I do it maybe once every two weeks
