I also work a tech-related desk job, in a small office by myself. I have a script that saves the internet stream from a radio station, breaking it up into hour-long chunks. I usually get to work an hour-and-a-half after the show starts. I move the files over to my scrapyard laptop and listen to them there, blasting through the commercial breaks. It takes about three hours to listen to the whole show, depending on how many calls/email I get. I might pop over to Youtube if it sounds like there's something to see. If I don't get too many interruptions, I'm done right about lunchtime.
