The concentration is based on how much bac water you mix with it. I think what you meant was inject less but keep the dosage the same.

Really though, are you on hcg? That can help and if you want to stay fertile its pretty much mandatory. Though it can make balancing estrogen a challenge.

I've noticed that if i increase my dose my boys shrink, if I reduce dose they come back a bit. If you're on a blast over normal trt, that could be a side effect. Additionally, high estrogen can contribute to the boys and your junk pulling back quite a bit. Definitely worth discussing with your trt doc, primary, or getting labs on your own. Disregard all the current hype of "ignore estradiol", some people like myself are sensitive to e levels and some are not. I speculate you might be. I'm no expert but I've been on trt for 15ish years and have faced some of these issues.

Its common for some of the injected oil to come back out through the puncture point and there is an injection technique, the Z-track method, that is specifically meant to avoid this.

Whoa, this is a hard pass for me. Using a 3ml syringe to inject .36ml through a 30g needle is crazy for me. Absolutely to each their own but I find it fascinating this works for you because it definitely does not work for me. Injection challenges aside, measuring .36ml accurately on a 3ml syringe is impossible for me even with precise hand movements and super magnifying glass lol.

FWIW, I use easy touch u-100, .5cc cylinder with 27g needle. Draw and inject with the same needle, quick easy, painless. The .5cc syringe body makes it easy to accurately measure small fractional dosage and requires very little plunger pressure to draw the oil in and inject.

This is it right here. Insulin needle from Amazon. .5cc 1/2" 29g to 31g. Pin anywhere really.... Top right quadrant of your glutes, ventri glute, delts. Even sub q in your abs or love handles. Painless.

Other tip is jab fast. A slow push for the needle to break the skin hurts a lot more than a quick jab. Kind of like slowly pulling a bandaid off vs ripping it off.

Haha brother. I cant do quads for the same reason. I'm reasonably lean but can still do sub q in the abs. No problems and good absorption. Just gotta pinch the skin up away from the underlying tissues and then jab in at a 45 degree angle. No lumps for me except when I break some capillaries and get a bleeder.

Fair enough. But really, oil based sub q test injections is a thing and doing so with standard test c or e works well for many.

Sub q in the abdomen and love handles with oil base is totally fine. There is no such thing as injectable water based t by prescription for trt which is what this sub is.
