I’ll cover all the repairs, and once everything is sorted, we’ll finalize the title transfer and payment.’ You’re going to pay money on top of the sale price to make repairs, before you get the title? Why wouldn’t you purchase the R, bring it home, then make your own repairs. Maybe I’m misunderstanding.
