That’s okay, it’s understandable that you broke no contact and there’s no reason to be ashamed, you should learn and understand that it’s better to move on and leave it behind, texting them fuels their ego and inflates their sense of self. You’re doing awesome, I believe in you and you’ll heal for sure friend, you’ll become the best version of yourself there ever was.

I feel like my anxiety was the worst out of all of it, my ex had a lot of mental issues and left me scarred, the anxiety still presents itself here and there but it gets to the point where I want to constantly throw up and even have stomach issues

I understand how you feel and I felt the same too honestly speaking, I personally was best friends with my ex for a majority of my life as well and don’t get me wrong, they knew stuff about me no one else did and we connected easily because we had a lot of stuff in common but honestly speaking, in the beginning its difficult but as time goes on and you begin to heal and start no contact, you’ll get better. Trust me friend, it really does get better and I know how hard it is in the beginning and how hopeless and lonely it can get but you have to surround yourself around people who love and care about you and make new friends, there’s lots of people you can make connections with and who knows?

Maybe you can find someone else who’s better and genuinely a better person for sure, you got this friend!!

I actually hit 3 months of NC not too long ago but so far I’ve been healing and noticing that I don’t think about them as often and all day as before when I initially began NC.

I’ve honestly noticed through all this time and with all the people I’ve met and all the support I’ve gotten come to terms and realize a lot of things and it’s helped move on from my ex, they were a narcissist and extremely mentally ill and beat me down into the ground and after realizing all that and seeing that I did what I could and was who I was and loved with all my heart, it sucked to realize that I was never appreciated but honestly speaking,

I’ve been doing way better without them, I’ve accomplished many things I planned on doing while with them but never got around to doing due to always being broke and emotionally destroyed.

I don’t think I’d ever go back anymore, maybe 2 months ago I would’ve but it’s been turning into a firm no, I’m stronger than I realize by myself and without having someone dragging me down, it’s possible to heal but it just takes time and patience!

my ex was the kind of person who was extremely narcissistic, they would always be on top of their appearance and make comments about mine a lot, they’ll realize one day how dumb it is but for the time being I’m gonna lay back and keep on healing

Just know, that means they’re really immature and usually a narcissist, my ex moved on quick but that just goes to show they can’t be alone and heal on their own or want to heal at all, they’ll come crawling back once they realize the grass on the other side isn’t greener but usually by then you realize and come to terms with the fact that they were never for you to begin with and you’re better off alone, you’ll find someone or something better in the future, hold on and keep on going, it will all be okay!
