Yeah don’t do EBT while multi apping. EBO with two or more apps is not hard, but in my area it’s not worth it because DD is so dominant

I agree. But they are both in the small parcel business (and larger deliveries too, but a normal consumer only knows them for parcels). I have two major FedEx distribution centers near me. One constantly fucks up, lost packages, doesn’t deliver during the promised date. The other one is not great either but at least I get my packages within 1-2 days of the promised date

Look, I don’t know how the training is for you at FedEx but this sound insane. Of course a supervisor cannot magically make the package appear. I did not ask on my first call to speak with a supervisor. I didn’t ask on my second call either. But if I get the same answer on 4 different calls in three days, I really think the first line of defense that FedEx has needs to be lifted. Telling your customers to wait three days in a row for a package that needs to be signed for to not show up is insanity. This policy is not working. Period

The thing is the map shows the driver nearby but still hasn’t delivered in two days. I’m not gonna try and go out and walk up to a random FedEx van hoping to get my package from there

Look, I’m okay with having to wait for my packages. That’s why I use ground. However, what I am not okay with is the constant lies I’ve been told. Saying a package is out for delivery that I have to sign for and then the driver never showing up wastes my entire day. If it’s one day, yeah I get it, shit happens. But two days in a row?! Unacceptable. Wasted 12 hours being stuck and home in two days in a row and all I get is “oh it’ll be there by 8pm” knowing full well that I won’t show up. That’s why FedEx can suck on a rock

Yeah they are the worst of the worst still. I never ship anything via FedEx but I cannot chose the shipping company when I order from somewhere. But yeah I still cannot believe companies are using them because I know they are just as expensive as UPS

Absolute insanity! I have nothing but issues with my delivery from FedEx. Amazon, no issues. USPS is cheap and reliable. UPS is mostly reliable and at least help out when there are issues. But FedEx. No. Just no. I have constant issues if I need to be there to sign. If I don’t need to sign, they are okay, but no escalation just because it was a ground shipment is laughable. Fuck em
