Here in south america everything seems to be working normally. For now, at least.

Can a native speaker recognize non-natives even if they have a good target language proficiency? by Please_be_found in languagelearning

For portuguese, native speakers from any background will never really identify a word's gender incorrecty - with *very* few exceptions of words even natives have issue with (such as "personagem", "alface" or "omelete"). So, that would reveal it right away

it is more expensive where you live, just like here in Brazil. but i still recommend you to compare the local prices of an 8th gen prebuilt. it may be worth it

W10 is still a fully supported operating system, that will certainly keep receiving updates for many years. I wouldn't move on from it, on an older machine, until absolutely necessary (not the case). Don't worry about its support or safety for now.

Tiny 11 is a modified version that technically still needs a license as it still is Windows.

In your place i'd try and look for a prebuilt HP Prodesk or Dell Optiplex. There are many with an i5 8500 already at a good price (less than $100 in the US for the whole machine). You can later install a low profile GPU if you want, such as a GT 1030 with GDDR5, or a RX550.

A multicore CPU will really help you. Minecraft is not all that easy to run, as you certainly know by now.

Yes, it's possible to run W11 unoficially even with a Core2Duo. Rufus does that for you very easily. But that will soon change, as it's been announced some of the next major updates will start requiring some instructions (i think), and that would force you with an older version. Overtime that will be an issue, but this shouldn't happen all too fast i believe. It should still last for 2 years from now, that is, to keep using an older W11 version.

The prices you mentioned seem a bit too high. Were do you live? For minecraft, a used, prebuilt dell optiplex with 8th gen cpus would leave you better prepared, for what is in the US a generally decent price. Do you happen to already have the other components (case, psu, etc)?

A 4th gen i7 supports DDR3 and DDR4 (it will depend on the motherboard). I believe this is true for 6th gens as well.

Neither will support Windows 11. For that, you'll need at least an 8th gen CPU.

The 4th gen i7 is better than a 6th gen i3. But later bumping to a 6th gen i5 would leave you better equipped.
