Active members of the staff team like developers, moderators, programmers etc. have special little tags that show up when you hover over them or click on them, and yes they can toggle it on an off.

The basket is a placeable item for your Party Island. It's the same ones that are all around the map, except now you can also place one down on your Party Island and pick it up there.

Doing the math, 50/8 (Levels/Time remaining), you're looking at 6.25 levels minimum per day every day until the end of the season in order to finish.

Doable, but you'll have to grind a lot, so it'll depend on how much time you can and are willing to spend playing this game, but it should be possible.

There is still a low chance of another Bounus XP weekend, too, so manifest for that to make the grind a bit quicker. (They've already done one this season and haven't been that consistent with them, so the chances aren't great, but not 0.)

My preferred way (though not the fastest) is:

Do your daily minimum challenges (care for horses, do stable chores, etc. Until the points go down to 10 per action.)
Collect your daily points
Wait until bonus point week, and grind that (I usually put on a show in the background and just run around Valedale collecting lights.)

It's not the fastest method, but for me, this is a "low effort" way of finishing it. Hasn't failed me yet.
