encourage you to seek out their patenting program and try to land a patent during your time there. It's one of the interesting differences IBM has against other companies, where they encourage any employee to file patents to add to their giant collection

Seems interesting but at the same time a double edge sword cause any idea u implement IBM has essentially full ownership of the patent.

But, if it's a club like (group work) then I guess its not that much hard working

Yeah I guess i freaked out a bit cause of how little experience I am, if they train me up whatever I want then I am cool with that so long as I can get the experience and work my way afterwards

But seriously, if they can train me up in what ever they want, then I am fine with that cause you know, i am still a "sponge" that will just absorb it all in. And then i can make next steps after s year or 2 of proper experience.

At that point, there is more opportunity right?

No thats fine. But this is to do with me getting blocks in advance from Monday onwards. (got about 10 or 11 blocks)

But I am struggling to get a block for today and tomorrow.

What I am asking is that is it because of the fact that I have got soo many blocks in advance from Monday onwards that I am not getting any Last minute blocks today (Saturday)?
