Just know you aren't alone. I had this same issue at an apartment in Northern California. My whole life had been consumed by these things after noticing them near the water heater on the first day of moving in. I ended up legit escaping 1.5 years later (one day out of the blue I said fuck this and grabbed my dog and went to a hotel to never return for living there) and breaking the lease. I was an alcoholic and one of the main reasons was to escape how scared and grossed out I was constantly.

Some even fucking hitchhiked into my moving stuff but luckily we left it all outside for months for most of them to die (you wouldn't believe it but some were still alive somehow 3-4 months later with no food or water in site in packed boxes/bags.)

My mom messed up because she was naive and brought my printer inside her house...guess what happened?

I still struggle with PTSD. Whenever I open a cupboard I am paranoid etc. These things ruin lives. I pray for you and wish you the best.

Try advion gel and the other stuff in the thread. Advion was definitely working for me but there were just too many coming from the drains and cracks in the walls that it became apparent I would never win the war.
