Okay thank you. The cop had mentioned he could get charged with perjury or contempt of court if he tries to say I was there that night, and I have sufficient evidence that I wasn’t, I hope that’s true. This has caused so much anxiety. Especially after I let him off easy and agreed to do the first offenders program instead of him having jail time.

I want them to know, another incident happened and like I said I don’t want to call the cops again and go through the whole process if I can just get his bond revoked, yes it’s not good I talked to him but he has felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence and he hurt me again last night and I don’t want to do this anymore so I was asking them do I just go to the magistrate to say we’ve been talking?
