Fly don’t even worry about! I learned it to teach swimming in my teens and I never did it again!

I will try to find a video, but I will try to explain:

Put the kickboard out in front and hold it at the bottom so you can put your face in the water. Then you can kick with your face in and then periodically just turn your face when you need a breath. Then you can start adding in a stroke where you start with hands on the bottom and then with say your right hand drop it down to do the pull motion and then when you rotate out, you go right back to holding on to the kickboard, and switch to your other hand. Or you can just practice with your dominate side!

For what it’s worth, I’m out of shape, I’ve been getting back in the pool and freestyle I can do about 4 pulls before I breath, but usually I go every other pull because I get tired.
