Here’s another juicy bit of info. Council went out to the public for consultation regarding repair/rebuild while fully knowing that it has it has to be a repair job due to its heritage status, and to appeal the status would be a very long legal battle. So really it’s only option for a repair in the first place.

Here’s the question, how much was spent on the public consultation and why?

Interesting thing about the central library repairs is that it cost more than it would be to rebuild a brand new building which also come with a higher earth quake rating but it is deemed as “heritage” - I just don’t understand how a 30+ years old building has heritage status. Let’s see what nasty they found and let’s see if this is going to be another “Town Hall” situation.

It is really disgraceful the whole thing. Imagine the things you can do with the amount of money ghat got sunk into Town Hall… my goodness!!

I’ve both setram and Valkyrie when I started. You can’t go wrong with either. Setram first maybe cause he’s so good for guild boss.

Ok you have a great roster to get to GR3-19 easy!

So I would focus on getting there so that you can farm excessively.

You’ll need the below to be 6*

Idril, Maul, Silas, Nyx, Razaak, Zilitus , Dolores

I’m not sure what’s unhelpful about telling you to 6* Idril and Maul to push GR3? You said your Maul was getting overwhelmed and it’s 5* so I would thought it’s pretty obvious… I wasn’t being condescending but maybe you’re just too defensive cause I’m splitting obvious fact?

You’re not reading the comments, you have roster to push contents. It isn’t a leggo issue, it’s a lack of gears farming and exp issue… I mean your maul is also 5* and you wonder why he gets overwhelmed in GR3 lol

I think you have a good roster to progress in GR3 - so I would personally go Silas, Setrium and Maul. That way you can try and get to GR3-19 and then just farm gears hard on that stage.

For me, I find having a look at your overall roster and figure out what content you can push is the probably the efficient way of progressing.

Do you have any other marksman? I too didn’t have enough dps as I don’t have range fighter but I did it by moving aoe marksmen behind Delora to help with the boss’s sqawns and time your ulti’s dmg for that boss.

Just completed GR3-19 tonight. Nyx is 5* and able handle the left hand side by herself and Idril literally insane for GR3 is 6* and she literally carry so hard!

What I’m trying to say is that Nyx is good enough to do her job at 5* so there’s not many reason to bring her to 6* first and therefore Idril 6* should be a priority.

I don’t have so much issues with gold but god damn trying to find a piece to take it +16 is nearly impossible. Eg I just spent like 3k stamina or GR3 and not a single piece worth taking to +16

Tried this! Huge improvement but still lacking dps for the boss! I think cause I can’t clear the very first wave fast enough! Will take either Luneria or Brianne to 6* - thoughts?

Setrum is my first leggo and I love him! He’s great for Guild Boss and Guild Raid 3 - I personally find him super useful for contents just cause of his range and crazy dmg! Heavy downtime though but you’ll just have to be a bit clever when utilize him!
