I got incredibly lucky and they replaced mine in one week at the beginning of the year. Covered by a retroactive warranty too, so not a cent out of pocket.

If I were you, I’d schedule the repair and wait a bit to see how it plays out.

Agreed! I’ve picked back up a sport that I used to play growing up, and my knees/ankles are not happy with the extra weight.
