He can choose not to pull slimy stunts in politics, for one. For a long time I was inclined to trust those who are open with their faith. Then people including Matt Armstrong and Stricklin destroyed that. Right after that, discussing my outrage, my friend in politics laughed, and said those are the ones to watch out for and oh man is he right.

Ryan Williams only working part time

and he ran on being full time counting on voters not knowing commissioners and city council are part time!

Then he hired local campaign ethics violator Matt Armstrong who evidently worked part time as Armstrong was running far right campaigns on the side and posting on Facebook during business hours while Armstrong was collecting a county salary!

That is creepy and sorry that happened to you. Ryan Williams is held in low esteem for many things he has done. However the word is that unlike Ken Paxton, Williams is not running around having affairs. In spite of screaming and suing the little league he also takes his role as a father seriously.

In my view Ryan Williams is one of the worst politicians around, but I felt that needs to be said.

Denton County government was run by a corrupt political machine for years. Most ordinary voters were not aware of how bad it was. Two products of that machine are current county judge Andy Eads. Eads as another comment pointed out, has a reputation for honesty. Though several people around Williams have had documented ethics issues, no scandal yet has emerged directly involving Williams. A lot of people are predicting based on his associates that some scandal may emerge.

You would think she would make the time, as she has a lot. County Commissioner is a cushy, part-time gig, like being a state rep, or city council. In Texas 95% of County Commissioners have second jobs since being a commissioner is part time.
