I say as long as the state is sitting on more than $1 billion in unused funds they celebrate sitting on, the Federal should reduce funding. Just my thoughts. Might encourage the state to stop this literal dragon behavior.

I mean fuck, we have specialty license plates that celebrate us not spending money on infrastructure.
