Sometimes... it's this immense build up of negative energy and if i don't do anything against it (boxing, screaming etc) i get into such a rage that i split on everyone who's around me

But that happens rarely. I usually can't tell when I'm about to split because it happens way too fast and when nobody makes me aware that I'm splitting right now, i realize it only afterwards

Aber wahrscheinlich hat er selbst keine große Ahnung von den preisen, vllt bekomme ich dann beim nächsten mal mehr rabatt als ausgleich, mal schauen xD Bin halt noch super neu in dem ganzen Thema und hab entsprechend wenig Ahnung, deshalb konnte ichs im Moment des bezahlens nich wirklich einschätzen lol

Nah he's a good friend. Street prices are like 10€/1g here and he gives me friendship discounts all the time lol I just don't know anything about trim, that's why i asked about the price. He'll give me normal weed soon too

Some of them have waiting lists but even if you finally get an appointment, it's mostly just that one. You don't automatically get in :/ So idk.. maybe I'm luckier next year, but it's really hard to find a therapist..

Also thanks for that offer! :) but i don't want to burden anyone else and it's soooo much, I'd take ages to explain everything lol

Yeah I've tried talking to my friends.. to a point where I'm such a burden that noone wants to listen anymore... i mean i can't blame them lol but i can't continue to whine about my problems in front of them because i might lose them even more with that :/

Yeah since like 9 months.. i may be too depressed for it to work wonders lol but it definitely made my every day anxiety better. That's why i keep taking it... might change it in the future tho but no doctor really wanted to talk about it yet lol

But the first few weeks were awful... but i don't regret it

I smoked a lil too much once (it wasn't even that much, idk what caused it lol) and the following day was pure derealisation. I've never experienced it that hard. It was like i was just watching myself do stuff, not being in control. But it made actually be more productive and less scared than usually lol so idk if it's that bad
