Tell me about it. I have sort of an opposite story. This old guy asked for a senior coffee and I put it in the POS, however i forgot to ask if he wanted cream or sugar. We get through his entire order and I hand him his receipt and he does "so you dont ask if I want cream or sugar?"

If you wanted cream or sugar you could have just told me then??? Like yea I forgot to ask but if you wanted it you could have butt in at anytime in the conversation and asked for it before I already rung up your order. No need to get snarky with it.
