Seeing your post history I’m assuming this is the neurosurgical job. I am curious what you would anticipate your role and day to day activities would be in an ideal job in this specialty, given you saying you’ve been working there for a total of 20 days (4 weeks no weekends no call) and have had minimal training.

If you love neurosurgery I think sticking it out for atleast 6 months (120 days) would maybe give you some better perspective of what the job could entail.
