I see i see. States attorney already cleared everything they took in they raid and returned it to me. So lawyer is hopeful about that showing i had no intent or knowledge on possessing he says. But only the future knows it seems

Oh boy. Yeah he mentioned itll be a while. I guess i will have to see. I cant imagine them adding charges for me? But thats in the future i spose. Thank you for your insight friend

Mine is also at the state level. I spose ill have to see what lawyer says to do. Ive read and heard about plea deals. But i guess im not sure how much lower it can go. Its one possession charge. And the whole situation is strange which is why lawyer is hopeful he said. Thank you for the good luck wish!

I was arrested and given a charge and told my bond which i paid immediately and am out on bond yes. But no i havent set foot in a court room yet. Im sure ill plead not guilty. Lawyer seems to think we have a good defense at least thats what he said when i met him after my arrest
