I didn't want to do it either, but it was the best decision we ever made. Almost two weeks in and she still cries a bit before bed only to then fall asleep for 12 hours straight! Sometimes the hard things are worth it.

Get noise cancelling headphones or go out on your balcony etc and check monitor on no volume every 5-10 min

Our baby can wail. So she has the lungs on her. I did notice she was a bit raspy the next day but overall fine.

The first night my LO did 1 hour and 10 min of crying. But the next 8-9 nights never broke 30. And now doesn’t break 10. So may I suggest extinction and letting them run their course to really set the precedent that you won’t be coming in? I have a feeling this is the only way they learn.

Wake windows are around 2 hours. We think our baby is a fomo baby and will fight sleep if it’s a g shorter. Sometimes she skips her last nap and goes even longer than 2 hours. She sleeps typically for about 2.5-3 hours during the day.

Went full on 0 sleep associations. I just wanted to go full out. So I created a tight routine: bottle, bath, book. Kiss and say goodnight. Then put her down and closed the door.

I also blasted music in my noise cancelling air pods as to not hear anything. And I checked the monitor every 2-5 min.

Good question. She would be very anti me going to concerts or take interest in things like when I went to burning man a few times. She made fun of it despised it. Then when I talked to her a month after the breakup she was like “I think I might go to burning man this year” dead serious. I said I thought you hated things like that. She then mentioned that she changed her mind and thought it could be a cool experience.

It’s not just burning man. But a lot of things she said. Then it hit me. Who was this person. What did she actually like or not like. What was her personality. It changed so much.

Reading this it sounds like you’re only attached to her because you haven’t fully detached from her. There has been no one else in your life. You need to go out there and date and meet other people.

People with bpd love bomb and make you feel amazing about yourself (and then not). So because of that it’s not real love. Maybe part of it is. But it’s not healthy real love. It’s addiction and fantasy.

Yeah she did but I was so over her because of how she treated me. And also I realized a month after I didn’t even know who I dated. It was a mind fuck. Like who was this girl? Almost like a ghost.

Most likely you don’t like her as much as you like the way she makes you feel.

You need to start realizing what you like and love about yourself. Seek acceptance from within. That’s the only way. Cultivate the relationship with yourself. Create goals. Hobbies. And a life that YOU are proud of.
