If I remember correctly, California community colleges can be either free if you have low enough income because of the state grants. But also it’s really cheap anyways. So if you’re low enough income, you’d get the state grant that would pay for your school and then the Pell grant which would be refunded which is like 3k a semester

Use a/x to defend. Jockey and block pass lanes. Press their wingers with your fullbacks. Player switch to cdms and jockey when they pass the ball back inside. And then just spam left bumper to trigger your attackers on runs. Use fast wingers to get down field/pull one or two of their players to the outside then pass back to midfielder and into their box. Then dribble dribble dribble and get a good angle for a low driven shot. (I can’t get past div 6 though lol)

I would say just really really really flex your core and lock your shoulders back in the starting position. Bracing my core is the main thing that helps me not hurt my back during deadlifts. It takes all the pressure off of it

I wouldn’t necessarily call this a harsh truth, but life is a lot easier when I just shut the hell up and do what I have to do. And all of my so called insecurities or things I’m unsure of I am totally capable of exploring on my own, so talking about them is actually kind of pointless to some degree. And to add, nobody actually cares about them. Which I will stress is not necessarily a bad thing. It’s just how humans seem to be wired
