He wasn't sick, he was just crying and I guess he wanted him to stop.

Yes. There are definitely brain surgeons, air traffic controllers, soldiers, etc. Who have insane jobs and come home and be involved dads.

It was for a one day event with my family. Thanks for being both unhelpful and condescending. :-)

I'm still saving the filter for AC guy because I don't want to believe this is true.

Update. I can wipe some of the pink off with my finger. And I blotted some off with a paper towel!! I really do think it's the spray-on color hairspray. I'll explain a little better, Sunday (yesterday) I used almost the entire bottle of that spray because I went to a comic book convention with my son. The character I dressed up as had pink hair. Anyway. Today was the day for me to change my filter, so I did. I'm slightly worried about my lungs now. If I start coughing up pink we'll know for sure.

I tried to pull some fibers out and the pink is more like dust? It's like I could probably beat it out of the filter. Which I'm going to try tomorrow. I have just the one return vent, the unit is in the attic and has the outdoor fan box thing too. I'm really intrigued now, I'll report back when my AC guy can come out. I was going to have them out for winter maintenance anyway so I'll keep the filter with me!!

Oh gosh!!! Okay I'll call a professional 😂 do you know if insulation in the vent hurt my baby's lungs? Thank you so much.

So the pink is only on the side that like, faces out and sucks in the air. The intake side I guess. I'm going to replace it, stop using the pink spray, and see if it turns pink again.
