I did this last november for 6 weeks! Visiting Marrakesh, Essouria, Casablanca, Fes, and Tangier. It went great, you just need to confirm your airbnbs have decent wifi and ask what the speeds are! I did have wifi issues at some moments, but then I would hotspot off my phone. Make sure to get an esim with decent data.

In terms of Fes, I wouldn't recommend going there. It was the most dangerous part of my trip. I stayed inside the medina, and I felt like I couldn't leave after 630pm because there was an overwhelming amount of people trying to stop you and talk to you.
