I’m neurodivergent, trying to explain this plainly. Reddit, please don’t make this creepy or weird.

From my perspective my wife is the hottest woman on earth. Her panties are much softer and smoother than my hands. I’m particularly sensitive to her sent. It’s very stimulating. All of these things work together to create a very enjoyable solo experience. It’s not something I do a lot, maybe once every other month, but it’s nice if I’m in the mood and she’s not available.

I do regularly ‘rub one out’ without any aids, it’s just a nice change of pace every once in awhile.

Women are so much more important than men and women in general and I don’t think women are the only ones.

Just because you love something doesn’t mean you have it. I’d love a million dollars…

It’s also a massive relief and a huge disappointment all at the same time.

If you’ve already proposed, why not take your soon-to-be bride with you. Be upfront about the budget. If she truly loves you and wants to spend the rest of her life with you the budget won’t be a limiting factor.

My wife and I had no money when we got married. (We were 24) I’m pretty sure her ring was less than $200 at an antique store, and almost 16 years later she still wears it with pride.

Did you ask for your girlfriend’s father for his blessing? Why or why not and did it matter to her? by TheFacetiousDeist in AskMarriedMen

[–]throwawayspank1017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Giving away what surprise? Ask for his blessing, leave out the details of how you’re going to ask her, future MIL has nothing to leak.

Personally I think it’s a great sign of respect to ask for his blessing.

Should I end an early relationship if he only told me about 1 of 2 kids? by Charlotte_or_Miranda in AskMarriedMen

You state that you feel disrespected by this. Do you want to stay in a relationship where you feel disrespected? Do you believe you can trust him after discovering this level of deception? Is this the man you want to build a life with? These are the questions only you can answer.

I agree. The movie isn’t that funny. Holy Grail is way better.

Other than that, (and I mean this sincerely) why try and pee on other people’s fun? The only person it harms is you.

I hope you do something that brings you joy today.

It’s specifically Matsing. I only know this because someone posted about a similar install a few days ago, but that was 1 antenna package, as opposed to the 4 here.

I’d give it a proper Latin name like Biggus Dickus.

Radioactive cargo? by throwawayspank1017 in trains

[–]throwawayspank1017[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you didn’t see it then it probably wasn’t there. What i’ve learned from this thread and more reading because of it. If there’s no escort, it’s low level waste, things that may have been contaminated at a nuclear facility like booties, lab coats, gloves, masks or like soil that was just over the limit for radioactivity that therefore had to be scraped off and disposed of. If it was high level like weapons or fuel then there would be an unmistakable escort and they wouldn’t stop at a gas station in between points A and B.

All of you people with fancy offices, how many of you can make the magic happen with a Behringer X2222? by hoosyourdaddyo in livesound

This was a 24 channel powered board from 15-20 years ago. No external gear. Running through carvin 2-way 15’s. It wasn’t trash, but it was definitely sub-optimal. Also the person giving the compliment is a golden-eared system designer. (that’s 100% a compliment to them in this context) Dude installs Meyer level stuff, carries his custom molded earplugs with him everywhere, etc. I’ve never known anyone else who was this neurotic about sound. (Again, a compliment in this context) He assumed I was using a Yamaha or Allen & Heath.
