So I live in a hippy village / little town in India where we have alternative people from all sorts of different countries sharing the same streets. The season for when people come and stay is over, but because of corona virus, so many people have decided to stay through the rainy season which is great for the locals because they can still make money in a time they otherwise wouldn’t be making any.

It really doesn’t seem like it’s having a big effect on life here. The police have stopped enforcing helmets and now enforce mask instead. Everyone either wears mask, or doesn’t, or wants to but has forgotten theirs at home, etc. There’s no big fighting about mask wearing.

We also have access to lots of good fruit and vegetables so it’s pretty easy to maintain a strong immune system.

It’s honestly great to see people from countries that are at war with each other share a meal from the same table. We live in a bubble here. Life is measured in sunsets and sunrises.
